At Fato a Man, we bring the true taste of Italy to Nantucket. Chef Davide's commitment to traditional Italian recipes and fresh ingredients ensures every dish is a flavorful masterpiece. His culinary expertise, passed down through generations, makes our pasta shop a culinary gem.

Chef Davide is from a small town between Venice and Padua in Italy. He found a passion for food and wine working in restaurants in Italy, London, San Francisco, and New York. Besides being a chef he is also a sommelier.

His wife and business partner, Kate, was born and raised on Nantucket. They met in San Francisco and moved to the island in January 2024. They opened Fato a Man in March 2025.
