Bolognese Sauce
-
Defrost the Bolognese sauce in a medium size pan, adding a half cup of water over medium heat with the lid on.

In a six quart pot, fill with at least a gallon of water. (If cooking multiple packages at the same time, make sure to use a larger pot and more water.)
-
Salt the water with about 4 tablespoons per gallon.
-
Bring the water to a high boiling point.
-
Toss the entire package of tagliatelle and stir them to make sure they loosen up.
-
Once the water returns to boiling, turn down the heat to maintain a boiling temperature.
-
Cook the tagliatelle for 3 minutes.
-
Set aside half a cup of the pasta water.
-
Strain the tagliatelle.

Mixing Bolognese Sauce & Tagliatelle Pasta
-
Combine the tagliatelle with the sauce and the half cup of water.
-
Heat them up on high for a few seconds so the water evaporates and the sauce congeals with the pasta.
-
Serve them with some grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Buon Appetito!
